Google tasked us with creating a global launch film for their 'Find My Device' ecosystem, highlighting its versatility while emphasizing the universality of Google products. Our trilingual script, in Japanese, French, and English, showcased the seamless integration of Google Find My Device with various items like keys, headphones, and phones.
Filming took place in Austin, Texas, masquerading as the suburbs of Paris, the heart of London, and an arcade in Tokyo. Crafted to interweave seamlessly across three countries, our script formed a cohesive monologue, capturing the shared global experience of losing something. We brought this vision to life with an exceptional cast and meticulous post-production.
Watch as three protagonists from around the world navigate the turmoil of losing something and, consequently, start to 'lose it' themselves.
Fueled by a blend of voices, languages, and places, the film emphasizes how we all struggle with the ridiculousness of losing our essentials—phones, keys, wallets, and more—showing the collective humor of our human experience.
With dialogue in three languages and a dynamic edit and mix, the three narratives interweave. We dart through a mosaic of scenes in a frantic and humorous climax until the tension peaks. Then, thanks to the ingenious 'Find My Device' ecosystem, everyone recovers what they've lost.
Showcase a new feature with global appeal.
We are all united by the feeling of panic when we lose our phones.
Create a story where a diverse cast of characters 'Lose it' in similar ways.
A story that unites us through a shared feeling and presents Google as the solution to that discomfort.
